Welcome

I grew up without a mentor. No one mapping the territory, no one to call when the wheels came off. What I know comes from hands on experience, not just parroting studies and opinions that have not been earned.

Twenty years of training, a cardiac diagnosis at 26 that gave me five years at 50/50 odds, a career stretching from trafficking cocaine that has now landed on managing construction projects worth hundreds of millions to billions. Bitcoin when it was still a conversation people ended friendships over. Investments that were initially laughed at until they turned into money printers. Bloodwork and protocols my doctors didn’t recommend, but couldn’t argue with.

I write about what that process actually costs and what it produces. Field notes from someone who figured it out without a guide, the hard way. So maybe you won’t have to.

No mentors. Learned everything the hard way. Now I write about what it cost me and what it’s worth.
